Senior Consultant

Senior software analyst/engineer with previous experience in financial systems, preferably compliance systems. Must be familiar with technology, operational models and industry trends in one or more of the following areas: trading systems, foreign exchange, portfolio management, market data feeds, risk management, back-office processing.

Should be comfortable with a broad range of technologies, with expertise within a specific domain such as databases and data modeling, networking or transaction processing. Will be expected to execute software development and systems integration projects with efficiency and high quality.

All work is either at client sites or at the offices of Solutions Atlantic.

Account Executive

Solutions Atlantic is looking for a seasoned account executive in the Tri-State area that has experience selling enterprise installed software to financial institutions. Qualified candidates will have:

• a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the financial services industry
• strong presentation and communication skills; capturing the audience to deliver the product message clearly and succinctly
• a proven track record for exceeding sales objectives and goals
• ability to develop new customer relationships and retain existing ones
• ability to capture customers needs and translate these to product requirements
• experience providing accurate forecasts to management
• demonstrated ability to work largely independently, being able to manage time and territory effectively

Subject Matter Expert

Solutions Atlantic is actively seeking a subject matter expert in the area of shareholding disclosure reporting, large position disclosure, position limit monitoring. Candidate should have at least 12 years direct experience in shareholding disclosures for large multinational financial services firm.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide ongoing analysis of shareholding disclosure rules in multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide sales support leading customer discussions regarding SD rules and development of rules within the RRS Rules Library.
• Provide thought leadership through webinars, whitepapers and interviews.
• Assist with the monitoring and development of rule changes within the RRS Rules Library.
• Liaise as needed with outside counsel and content providers on the development of new jurisdiction rule sets; manage the ongoing relationship of content providers.
• Participate in product advisory group.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform independently with minimal direction.
• Complete understanding of the shareholding disclosure workflow; understanding of buy-side operations a plus.
• Highly developed communication skills; written, verbal and presentation.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Management or Finance; Masters preferred.
• Expected travel 20%.
