France – Extension of Foreign Investment Lowered Threshold

On 24 December 2021, FR GVT issued decree no. 2021-1758 extending the temporary lowering of the control threshold for foreign investments in French companies whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, from 25% to 10%.
